Job Description
Our client, a prominent leader in Pakistan’s largest hospitality and restaurant group, is on the lookout for an innovative Executive Corporate Chef. This role will focus on enhancing culinary excellence across various brands, including restaurants, catering, bakery, and FMCG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive recipe innovation and develop exceptional menus.
- Establish and standardize SOPs across central kitchens and outlets.
- Mentor and cultivate high-performing culinary teams.
- Manage the launch of bakery, catering, and FMCG products.
- Ensure adherence to global food quality and safety standards.
Location: Karachi
Experience Required: 10–15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role; Culinary Arts or Hospitality degree preferred.
