We are in search of a dedicated Female Operations Manager to enhance our salon’s overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations and facilitate staff coordination.
- Deliver outstanding client service and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide training and ongoing support to salon team members.
- Manage staff schedules, inventory control, and daily performance reports.
- Address client inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience is essential. Applicants should possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
