Job Description
ASK Development, a highly regarded telecom company, is in search of a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Resolve issues by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Process customer orders and manage payment transactions efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer accounts with pertinent information.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service (CSR) required.
- Location: Islamabad is mandatory for applicants.
