Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a qualified Production Supervisor to join the team of one of its prominent clients in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing workflow while leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production staff to meet operational targets.
- Implement safety protocols and uphold quality control measures.
- Monitor machinery and coordinate maintenance activities to reduce downtime.
- Analyze production metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Effectively resolve operational and personnel challenges.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, 12-14 years of formal education, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
