Job Description
Hashage Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Project & Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our daily operations, ensuring effective communication with clients and leading our internal team in delivering outstanding services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their needs efficiently.
- Oversee the social media and marketing team, ensuring high-quality work within deadlines.
- Delegate tasks and track team performance.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate performance metrics and present timely reports to clients.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and resolve issues as they arise.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and team members.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
