Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and proactive Office Assistant to enhance our daily operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, running errands, and providing support to our staff, which contributes to a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ensure the office, kitchen, and restrooms are clean and tidy.
- Prepare and serve beverages for staff and visitors.
- Efficiently manage office supplies.
- Assist with printing, scanning, and filing tasks.
- Greet visitors and handle errands as required.
Requirements:
- Reside in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
- A valid motorcycle license is advantageous.
- No formal education is necessary; basic literacy is beneficial.
Compensation: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
