Job Description
AF IT Business Services is looking for a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to oversee essential HR functions. The key responsibilities include:
- Downloading and preparing probation evaluation forms and confirmation letters.
- Drafting resignation acceptance and retirement notification letters.
- Managing leave and allowance requests, along with updating employee work schedules.
- Providing support to the UAE ES team as needed.
Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in Oracle and Excel, familiarity with TA software and UAE regulations, and strong English communication skills are essential.
