Job Description
Future Tech, a reputable mobile phone brand expanding its presence in Pakistan, is on the lookout for a committed Service Logistics Coordinator. This pivotal role facilitates communication between our service centers, collection points, and customers, ensuring an exceptional after-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch and delivery of mobile devices.
- Monitor and track deliveries and returns.
- Maintain regular communication with customers about their device status.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatches.
- Document all incoming and outgoing devices accurately.
- Prepare and distribute delivery and service status reports.
- Collaborate with customer service and technical teams to enhance service efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or customer service.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
