Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to become a vital part of our dynamic team based in Bahadurabad, Karachi. In this role, you will support our customer service department in the UK by managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers via voice and chat, identifying their needs, and maintaining organized records.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an international call center, exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong computer proficiency. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
