Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Associate to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include initiating phone calls to inform new clients about various real estate projects, conducting comparative market analyses to assess property values, scheduling appointments and site visits, and diligently following up with leads to convert them into clients. You will also be responsible for documenting call details and updates in our CRM system, while providing valuable insights on properties and market trends.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and a minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
