Job Description
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs125,00.00 per month
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or DAE Mechanical is preferred.
Experience: 8-10 years in a manufacturing environment, specifically in sanitary fittings, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Quality Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver pre-dispatch Inspection Reports for customers.
- Compile and present daily Line and Final Inspection Reports.
- Analyze and track monthly rejection data using various Quality Tools.
- Validate countermeasures for substandard parts.
- Conduct warranty parts analysis in collaboration with customers.
- Implement 5S and 7QC Tools to enhance Quality Improvement initiatives.
