Job Description
ibex is seeking a dedicated International Customer Service Specialist to join our Karachi Division on a full-time basis. In this on-site role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring our customers enjoy a positive experience. Your responsibilities will encompass addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree
Job Details: This is a 6-month contract position offering a salary range of Rs90,00.00 – Rs115,00.00 per month. Evening and night shifts are required.
