The successful candidate will possess 10 to 15 years of comprehensive experience in HR management, organizational development, and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Craft HR strategies, manage talent acquisition, enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance with labor laws, and deliver workforce planning insights.
