Job Description
Emenac Inc. is on the lookout for a committed Quality Assurance Executive to join our International Call Center Campaign. In this pivotal role, you will assess call quality, organize quality control sessions, and collaborate with team leaders and agents to resolve quality-related challenges.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting monthly quality assessments, representing the quality department in daily team huddles, and providing weekly feedback on quality performance metrics.
