Job Description
M I Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and qualified HR Officer to join our team in Faisalabad. This is a full-time position exclusively for male candidates residing in Faisalabad.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include payroll management, grievance resolution, SOP development, and job description writing.
Candidates must be proficient in software such as InPage, ERP systems, and advanced Excel functions. Essential skills include HR knowledge, effective communication, confidentiality, multitasking, professionalism, and adaptability.
