Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to take on the role of Fresh & Experienced International Caller, providing outbound call services for our clients in the US.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality are required.
- Ability to maintain customer records and update the CRM system effectively.
- Proficient in resolving customer inquiries and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Achieve performance goals related to call quality and customer satisfaction.
- Comply with company policies and adhere to international customer service standards.
A Matriculation/Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Incentives with earnings of up to Rs40,00.00 per month.
