Job Description

Key Responsibilities include:
- Executing end-to-end recruitment processes, including social media strategies
- Conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding
- Managing HR operations and ensuring compliance
- Fostering employee engagement and performance evaluations
- Assisting leadership in HR strategy and planning initiatives
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in the BPO sector
- Relevant degree in HR or Business Administration
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for night shifts
