Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated HR Executive who will oversee the complete recruitment process for our call center positions targeting UK and USA campaigns. The key responsibilities encompass sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and facilitating a seamless onboarding process.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in BPO recruitment for UK and USA markets. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. This is a full-time role with a salary range of Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, requiring onsite night shift availability.
