Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily financial records, including payments, receipts, and invoices.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, monitoring expenses against the budget.
- Assist in budgeting and strategic financial planning.
- Oversee petty cash management, payroll, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with banks and represent the company during tax and compliance audits.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent, with over 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is essential.
