Job Description

Prism Consultants is looking for a dedicated HR Executive to oversee essential human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This position plays a critical role in the implementation of HR policies and in attracting, developing, and retaining premier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to selection.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support initiatives for employee relations and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and manage HR operations.
• Coordinate performance management and training initiatives.
