Job Description
Hot N Spicy Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a motivated Guest Relations Officer to elevate our guests’ experiences. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be responsible for the following:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Assist with reservations and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Address inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate effectively with service and kitchen teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain an organized and efficient reservation system.
- Provide guests with information on menu offerings and ongoing promotions.
