Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is actively searching for a proactive and experienced Procurement and Sourcing Lead to oversee sourcing operations with suppliers in China. This full-time position operates during day shifts to accommodate China’s time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sourcing activities and maintain strong relationships with Chinese suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules effectively.
- Analyze Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience in global sourcing or procurement.
- Exceptional negotiation skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an asset.
