Job Description
Gourmet Foods is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with operations managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, managing the entire process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and ensuring the accuracy of personnel records within the operations department.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, possess strong knowledge of recruitment practices, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. A minimum of one year of experience in HR is required.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
