Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Position Overview: Fathom Technologies is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Chat Support Executive to manage live chat interactions with clients via our website and social media channels. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to assist customers effectively with product selection and order processes.
Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support, excellent proficiency in English, familiarity with custom packaging, and the ability to multitask. A working knowledge of CRM or live chat software is essential.
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Compensation: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
