Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a reputable telecom company, is in search of a committed Technical Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various technical challenges while ensuring a high level of satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Key duties include troubleshooting technical issues efficiently and assisting customers in resolving their concerns.
Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
Location: Islamabad, with mandatory presence in Sargodha
Education: BS in IT, Telecom, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
Certification: DAE Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom is required
