Job Description
Chiltanpure is excited to announce an opening for a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service and effectively resolving inquiries. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information in response to customer inquiries.
- Address complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and maintain detailed call records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred 1+ year of relevant experience.
