Job Description
Hiring Solutions is in search of a committed Senior HR Operational Manager to lead payroll processing and manage employee records. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of specialized experience in HR Operations, particularly in payroll, file management, and exit procedures.
Key responsibilities include overseeing accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and managing exit formalities, including documentation and settlements.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, comprehensive knowledge of HRMS and labor regulations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs250,00.00/month
