Job Description
Sourcecode Software House is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service and effectively address customer inquiries during the night shift, from 9 PM to 6 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Document and track interactions with customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address complex issues.
