Job Description
VIVE TECH SOLUTIONS T/A VIVE PRINTING LTD is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Technical IT Support Intern to become a valuable member of our IT team. This internship provides essential hands-on experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and IT system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems.
- Troubleshoot operating systems and productivity tools effectively.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or have completed a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Basic understanding of operating systems and networking principles.
