Job Description
Digital Otters is seeking a highly motivated and confident Sales Executive to become an essential part of our team. In this role, you will engage with incoming sales leads while proactively reaching out to potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a foundational understanding of sales or customer engagement principles.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage inquiries, follow up on leads, log interactions into our CRM system, assess customer needs, schedule appointments, and achieve calling targets.
Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate excellent spoken English (knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is an advantage), prior experience in sales or customer support, a confident phone presence, and basic computer skills.
