Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum graduate from a recognized university.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Urdu with a neutral accent.
- Location: Candidates must reside in Rawalpindi.
- Experience: Ideal candidates should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Compensation: Competitive salary of Rs 45,00 with performance-based incentives.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts on a monthly basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to customers over the phone.
- Monitor and follow up on fault resolutions.
- Create and manage Network Trouble Tickets.
