Job Description
Metamorph Group of Companies is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Customer Support Representative. This individual will handle inbound leads and customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and telephone. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance, answering questions, and coordinating meetings with our expert counselors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Schedule appointments with counselors.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions.
- Ensure a positive and friendly customer experience.
Requirements: Previous experience in customer support is preferred, along with proficient communication skills in English and Urdu. Familiarity with CRM tools is essential for this role.
