Job Description
Blue Pine Mountain Homes is currently searching for an experienced and dedicated Resort Manager to join our luxury resort situated 4 km from Murree. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration, complemented by 7-8+ years of substantial experience in hotel or resort management.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and leading a team that demonstrates our brand values. Strong leadership, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary in the range of Rs175,00.00 – Rs225,00.00 per month. The work location is in-person at the resort.
