Job Description
Location: Faisalabad (on-site)
Office Hours: 5 PM to 1 AM
Voltic Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage daily schedules and coordinate effective communication.
- Prepare reports and assist in project tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
