Job Description
Position: Supervisor
Reporting to: Production Manager
Division: Established Pharmaceutical Division – Operations
Location: Karachi – Korangi Plant
Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor to assist the Production Manager in manufacturing and finishing operations. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to Abbott’s GMP and EHS policies, comply with local regulatory cGMP requirements, and maintain approved documentation standards.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing and finishing operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with monthly ADS and supply plans.
- Minimize waste and maximize yield while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide training to staff on relevant procedures.
Qualifications: A Science Graduate or Master’s degree, ideally a Pharm D, with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
