Job Description
Shan Marketing Services is looking for a dedicated and personable Office Boy to join our Administration department. This full-time position will report directly to the Senior HR/Admin Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water for staff and visitors.
- Ensure the cleanliness of office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, and the reception area.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate basic maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
- Provide support to administrative staff in their daily tasks.
Qualifications: Minimum Education: Matric / FA (Intermediate) Pass.
Compensation: Up to Rs28,00.00 per month.
Work Location: On-site.
