Job Description
We are excited to announce that SIAR Digital is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager to become an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer service interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Offer constructive feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with management to implement solutions.
- Keep precise records and generate reports on quality assessments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within customer service.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
