Job Description
We are looking for a personable and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the initial point of contact for Suzuki Islamabad Motors Pvt Ltd. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for our visitors and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist visitors upon arrival.
- Professionally manage and direct incoming phone calls.
- Oversee the distribution of incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications: We welcome fresh graduates or candidates at the entry level with outstanding communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Compensation: Rs25,00 – Rs30,00 per month
