Job Description
Join our team at Growmore Call Centre as a Customer Service Representative focusing on inbound sales! We are looking for dedicated individuals to work night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM. Enjoy weekends off along with a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, plus commissions based on your experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Xfinity and Spectrum sales campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in managing inbound calls related to billing inquiries and service concerns.
