Job Description
The Four Brothers Group is actively looking for a talented HR Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of comprehensive experience in HR operations or a generalist role. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, assisting with payroll and attendance management, and addressing HR-related inquiries. Candidates must ensure precise data management and adherence to labor laws.
Education: An MBA, MHRM, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs1.00 – Rs10.00 per month
