Job Description
WebDigitalSphere is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Representative who embodies a “CAN DO” attitude and possesses exceptional communication skills in English. The successful candidate will have a proven background in making outbound calls and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive service information to customers.
- Address inquiries through phone and email communications.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions.
- Engage potential customers via phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must be available for morning shifts (9 am to 6 pm).
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00/month
Location: In-person at Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi
