Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is looking for a committed Customer Support Executive to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will handle customer service inquiries from our international clientele through both phone and email communication.
Your primary duties will include addressing customer needs, fostering trustworthy relationships, and adhering to established communication procedures.
We seek candidates with exceptional writing skills, fluency in spoken English, strong interpersonal abilities, and prior experience in international customer support is advantageous. Candidates with O/A Level education or higher are preferred.
We offer a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 50,00 plus performance-based incentives of Rs. 10,00, with a six-day workweek.
