Job Description
Dr. Javed Farooqui is seeking a qualified HR & Administration Manager to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will focus on strategic long-term planning to align with our organizational objectives, foster team collaboration, and analyze departmental budgets to optimize profitability.
In this role, you will inspire employees, liaise with senior management regarding project priorities, and address potential challenges to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will proactively identify growth opportunities in response to changing market dynamics.
