Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Manager to oversee our HR, Administration, and Operations department. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities and a focus on achieving results.
Work Schedule: Part-time from 6 PM to 12 AM and Full-time from 7 PM to 4 AM (evening and night shifts).
Compensation: Salary ranges from Rs 45,00 to Rs 65,00, along with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing the HR department, recruiting talent, conducting interviews, and maintaining employee records.
Job Types: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available.
