Job Description
HR Force International is on the lookout for a driven Sales Cold Caller to enhance our outbound sales efforts. The position involves making between 100 to 150 outreach calls daily while achieving a response rate of 10% to 15%. Candidates are expected to uphold exceptional standards in lead quality and accurately update our CRM system in HubSpot.
We seek individuals with 2 to 3 years of experience in sales development, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with sales tools. A strong passion for sales, coupled with effective time management skills, is crucial. Additionally, prior experience in compliance or Software as a Service (SaaS) is advantageous.
