Job Description
Misix LLC, a premier Business Process Outsourcing firm established in 2015, is actively seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative located in Islamabad. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Ideal candidates will possess exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and the ability to perform well under pressure. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary ranging between Rs40,00.00 and Rs100,00.00 per month, along with a 12-month contract.
