Job Description
White’s Castle is seeking energetic and motivated male candidates for the position of Trainee Manager. Ideal applicants will be 25 years of age or younger and possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, along with prior experience in the fast-food industry.
As a Trainee Manager, your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and managing inventory levels. You will also deliver exceptional customer service, lead team members, and uphold food quality standards.
Successful candidates will demonstrate relevant experience, strong leadership capabilities, and familiarity with restaurant management software. This is a full-time remote position.
