Job Description
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
Are you an articulate communicator with a passion for sales and recruitment? Total Solution is currently looking for a dynamic Call Center Representative to reach out to prospective Loan Officers, conduct interviews, and strengthen our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outgoing calls to potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for suitability.
- Effectively communicate the advantages of our organization.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage follow-ups.
Requirements: Excellent English communication skills, call center experience is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and basic computer knowledge is required.
