Job Description
Global Immigration Consultants is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Engagement Officer to enhance our online presence. The successful candidate will engage with our audience across multiple platforms, cultivate strong relationships, and represent our brand’s voice effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries, deliver accurate information, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and build community trust through social media engagement. Additionally, you will develop automated workflows for YouTube content.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of service processes, and demonstrable experience in customer engagement or social media management.
Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore, Pakistan | Shift: 10 AM to 6 PM (Mon-Sat) | Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract.
