Job Description
Hot N Spicy Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Feedback Supervisor to join our call center team in Defence Phase 5, Karachi. The preferred candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions, collecting valuable feedback, addressing complaints, and accurately documenting all information in Excel. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate service quality by reviewing recorded customer calls.
- Collect customer feedback regarding their experiences.
- Professionally address and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of feedback and complaints in Excel.
- Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills.
